Joe Chang helped us find our dream starter home. He is an exceptional communicator and worked tirelessly on days, nights, and weekends to field our questions and provide ongoing support. This was our first home, so we had many many questions and he was very patient with us and helped us learn so so much. If you're looking for someone who is responsive to messages and who has excellent follow-through, then Joe is your guy. We couldn't picture this process without him. Joe has a very grounded and steady energy about him which is useful when you're navigating so many big and difficult decisions on a fixed timeline. He was never pushy with us, always very polite, and is a great listener. He's also a hard core Peloton-er and if you have ever done a Peloton ride, you know the kind of grit and sticktoitiveness that requires. Joe applies that same determination to his role here. I would without a doubt recommend Joe. We love him!

Joe was our realtor when we bought the house, and we thought he did a fantastic job from start to finish. When we needed to sell that same home, we wanted him involved in the process.
Joe is a great agent who took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the process. He handled all of the details and coordination among all of the inspectors, agents, etc, so that we could focus on preparing to move.
